The downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and a window seat with river views. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious open loft with a king and queen bed - just watch your head on the charming sloped ceilings! The bathroom includes a classic clawfoot tub with a shower. The living room and downstairs bedroom both have TV's with Roku access so you can stream your favorite apps. Whether you're here to relax or explore, you're just a short drive from Asheville and the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains. Please note: This home may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns due to a narrow staircase the clawfoot tub.

The upstairs sleeping area is an open loft with sloped ceilings—please watch your head. The staircase to the loft is narrow and may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility concerns. The bathroom features a classic clawfoot tub with a shower, which may be less accessible for some guests. The cabin is located in a rural, mountain setting—expect occasional wildlife, insects, and varying road conditions. Cell service can be limited depending on your carrier, but Wi-Fi is available. The property is on the Pigeon River; please supervise children at all times near the water and dock. Weather in the mountains can change quickly—4WD/AWD may be recommended during winter months. If you choose to smoke outside, please do so away from the home and dispose of all waste properly. Do not leave cigarette butts on the property. We were in the area visiting Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Our stay at the house was very pleasant. After hiking all day in the park, the cabin was the ideal place to rest. We cooked our meals in the well-equipped kitchen and rested in the very comfortable beds. The blankets and bath towels are of excellent quality. The cabin is very cozy, and the river running right alongside it is a lovely touch. 100% recommended.

This quaint little cabin sits right on the pigeon river. It looks exactly like the pictures. Christina is a welcoming host and very responsive. It’s quiet and feels very safe. There’s a farm across the road with all kinds of animals to watch from the porch. 10/10 stay!

If you wanna be near the Blue Ridge Parkway and a nearby town, this place is terrific. Not too mention, the place has a terrific vibe to it. You can hear the rush of the river, have a fire or just chill on the deck and listen to the rain on the metal roof. Not to mention, the host is super friendly and responsive. Just a great place to stay.

Everything was amazing if we have any questions Cristina got right back to us never took no more then 5 minutes the house was amazing 🙌 we came from Ohio and will definitely go again. my 9yr old son had so much fun playing in the water collecting rocks and catching turtles 🐢

My advice it to book it and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. The walls of the cabin are very solid and it kept out all noise. Even the inside was solid without any creaking floors. Excellent mattresses on the beds. Upstairs has enough height so standing and walking around is no issue. Sit by the Pigeon river and let go of the stress. It would even be great on a rainy day to sit on the front or back porch while the metal roof keeps you dry. Owner communicates regularly but everything was perfect so we did not respond except to thank her on our way out. Love this place.

Cristina is an excellent host! She is very responsive and helpful. The cabin was awesome, very cozy and well equipped for our needs. The river will be a great place to hang out in warm weather. We enjoyed hanging out in Pisgah NF.

This cabin was a fantastic, rustic cabin right on the Pigeon River. very peaceful and lots of animals to see. My family had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed being in the mountains near Canton and Asheville. We would definitely book again!
